b. If a customer fails to arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the customer’s payment will be forfeited.

b. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information during the booking process.
Liability:
a. Our company will not be liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or flight delays.
b. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents and comply with any relevant travel regulations.
Valuable Items and Exceeding Vehicle Capacity:
a. Customers are advised not to leave valuable items in our vehicles, as we do not accept responsibility for any loss of valuable belongings.
b. In the event that the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle booked, additional charges may apply.
Please note that all prices displayed in USD on our website will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) upon checkout using the current exchange rate. This conversion is necessary as our company is based in Indonesia, where there are regulations requiring all transactions to be conducted in Rupiah.
