• Booking and Payment:
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of full payment.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods.

• Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to cancellation fees based on the time of cancellation and the terms of the package.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.
• Travel Documents:
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, are valid and obtained prior to travel.
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
• Travel Insurance:
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
  • We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to unforeseen events or circumstances during the trip.
• Changes to Itinerary:
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify travelers of any changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.
• Health and Safety:
  • Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip, including following local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the trip.
• Responsibility:
  • While we strive to provide the best possible travel experience, we act only as a booking agent for various third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.
• Liability Waiver:
  • By booking the package, travelers acknowledge and agree to release us from any liability for losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the trip, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Dispute Resolution:
  • Any disputes arising from the terms and conditions of the package shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the booking agreement.
• Acceptance of Terms:
  • Booking the package constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Travelers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions before booking.
