The More Planned, the Better…
Room Availability
Room availability decreases as the date of our planning approaches, especially during events or high seasons, causing increased demand and potentially sold-out rooms. This is particularly true in Bali, a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists.
Price:
Like room availability, prices are influenced by how close the booking date is. As the date approaches and availability decreases, hotels may increase prices to capitalize on demand. It’s especially important to book far in advance for dates during high seasons or specific events, like Eid, Christmas, and New Year’s, where hotel prices in Bali can increase by up to 200%. And if you’re concerned about booking early, don’t worry, because you can still enjoy your money by rescheduling or postponing your arrival date.
Time:
The more time and distance you plan your vacation, the more prepared you’ll be. You can choose, search, and consult with your travel partner to get information and recommendations for your vacation plans, tailored to your theme. For example, if you’re planning a honeymoon in Bali with your partner, having ample time allows you to plan where and how you want to spend your vacation, creating cherished memories together.
Leave Approval/Not Working:
If you’re busy and working for another company, planning and requesting leave far in advance increases your chances of approval from your boss. This allows you to vacation peacefully without worrying about work because you’ve prepared well in advance.
Promotions:
Often, travel agents or hotels offer attractive promotions far in advance of specific events, sometimes with relatively low prices or even complimentary nights with conditions like “stay 3 pay 2,” where paying for 2 nights gets you a complimentary third night, making your total stay 3 nights. Worth it!
Stress Reduction:
If you’re an entrepreneur or businessperson, you likely need a vacation to heal from stress. We understand your busy schedule, and as your travel partner, we can plan all your activities in Bali without you having to worry about finding hotels, transportation, activities, and more, so your precious time isn’t wasted. You just need to come, enjoy your vacation, and leave with the best holiday experience.
